We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics platforms.

We use the data we collect solely to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested
- Notify you when a product you have registered interest in becomes available
- Fulfil contractual obligations for clients who engage our services
- Comply with our legal obligations

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Enquiry data — up to 2 years, or until the matter is resolved
- Waitlist data — until the relevant product launches or you unsubscribe
- Client data — as required by contract and applicable law (typically 6 years for financial records)
