2. Our products and services

Nanuk Ltd provides AI software products and machine learning consultancy services. Products include Ulu Lite (a locally-run AI assistant) and related software. Consultancy engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

Product descriptions on this website are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice, subject to any existing purchase agreements.

3. Purchases

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate at time of purchase.

For digital downloads, your licence is granted upon receipt of cleared payment. For bespoke or consultancy engagements, terms are set out in a separate statement of work or contract.

Consumer customers have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days unless the download has commenced with your consent. Please contact us at enquiries@nanuk.ltd to arrange any return or refund.

4. Software licence

When you purchase Ulu Lite, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on your own hardware for your own purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicence the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software beyond what is permitted by law
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

The underlying model weights used within Ulu Lite are subject to their respective open-source licences. Nanuk's proprietary components remain the intellectual property of Nanuk Ltd.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate, distribute, or store unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of this website

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanuk Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
